    Nothing Found
Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. Maybe you want to perform a search?
    Search
For best search results, mind the following suggestions:
    Always double check your spelling.
Try similar keywords, for example: tablet instead of laptop.
Try using more than one keyword.

I’ve tried restoring the site to an earlier version but the backup has stopped working too

    Any help would be appriciated

    Hey Richard,

Thanks for the login details. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please try to reset your permalinks under Settings->Permalinks.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard
Ok tried those but still the same?

    #978265

I have to select each plugin separately, the clickable box at the top when clicked doesn’t choose all installed plugins, is that normal?

    #978266

Not sure if this is all linked but the featured products on the home page are now missing along with product images
within admin the media library is now blank & google analytics not visable

The latest is the enfold theme options are all unresponsive, probably easier to have a look inside the admin section yourself Rikard to see what I mean

    Hi,

If you inspect a page on the backend using your browser, you will see a lot of scripts failing to load from an IP source, please see private for an example. Does that IP address mean anything to you? I’m assuming that you have transferred the site using your migration plugin? If so then I’m guessing something has gone wrong in that process. Maybe you could try to transfer it again?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi
No the IP means nothing to me
My site was placed on the server back in March and was working perfectly the last time I went into it on june 24th
    I’m completely baffled?
Do you think i’ve been hacked?

    #978488

This type of problem to be fair Rikard is beyond my understanding, how can I get the site working as it should?
Are you able to do it or do I need a 3rd party to help?

    have this issue also

load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate&ver=4.9.6:1 A parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, http://134.249.116.78/jquery.js, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure if you have been hacked, but I don’t think that is the case. What happens if you try to reinstall WordPress under Dashboard?

    /wp-admin/update-core.php

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi again,

Also please check your wp-config file in the root of your installation so that everything is ok there.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I’m unable to update via dashboard that takes me to my search screen in the front site

regarding wp-config file, that’s the first time i’ve ever seen one, it looks ok with no other website address in there but like i said it is the first time

    #978775

would you recommend reinstalling wordpress via ftp?

    #978790

    is this normal?
update-core.php redirects to front site search page

i typed in google kuna customs then clicked on my homepage link & got this result, certainly not my site, must have been hacked & would explain why my site is stopping me from installing antivirus plugins, now the question is how did & where did they gain access

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure like I stated previously, but it might be a hack. If you want to clean your site then I can recommend a service like Sucuri. That might be a good place to start, to make sure your installation is clean.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
