I am considering asking for my money back. The version of this theme is full of problems. I have spent days trying to set everything up, my hosting provider has assisted with getting the server requirements correct, but this theme is not working. I will consider using a previous version that is not buggy or unstable.
Please help.

FTP logins did not work for me. Could you please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/, login and post correct FTP logins?
