    Hi there I believe the issue is one that is known.

    I am unsure what caused it but doing some searching looks to be common.

    Enfold options no longer appear, and the Avia builder just shows a spinning loading circle.

    From my own research I think this may be due to the site using https, but I am unsure.

    Please help I have searched everywhere and ended up buying the them for a 2nd time to get support as the original person that purchased the theme no longer is with us and you guys don’t look at the theme forest contact form.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The site is running on an older version of the theme, 4.2.2. Please upgrade to version 4.4.1. That should fix the issue with theme options and the builder.

    Thank you. What tool are you using to verify the php.ini info?

    Any chance one you pros can update the theme for me. I would feel more comfortable if you updated the theme opposed to me.

    Have you created a backup or a restore point of the files/database? We will update the theme once you’ve setup those up just in case. Please send us a copy of the latest version downloaded from your themeforest account.

    Hi,

    I meant a file/database backup created directly to your server. You need to be able to restore the site from that backup. Please ask your hosting provider to create one for you. We can’t download that file because it’s 1GB in size.

    Thanks for the update.

    The theme is now update to date but the theme options is still not displaying properly so I had to deactivate some of the plugins temporarily. Please activate them one at a time to find the cause of the issue.
