    My client just discovered that images are missing from his website. Galleries, sliders, header images are all there. NOT REGULAR IMAGES. Check the site at http://www.kistefosmobler.no. If you scroll down a little on the front page you’ll see missing images, also if you click on Kontakt in the menu and Utstilling in the menu you will see just alt text or empty placeholders where the images should be.

    I am running Enfold 4.2 on WP 4.9.6. I have cleared browser cache. This has nothing to do with https, as it has worked for weeks and suddenly does not.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    I have updated to the latest version of Enfold. No change. Images still not showing up. Looking at inspect element there is no image tag at all.

    Hi, I have not heard anything back from you. Did you get the login info etc.? My client is having a rather important board meeting tomorrow and would really like to have som answers for them when they go thru the website. Don’t mean to be pushy, but I have a client breathing down my neck. :)

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I was not able to login with the link you supplied, and you please activate it again?
    I looked at your page and see that the images have a source of (unknown)

    I also see that you are using automptimize cache plugin, please clear the site cache and disable plugins to test, then leave your caching plugin disabled while we assist.
    Once we can login we will be able to investigate further.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the login, I found that you had a custom footer script in your child theme footer.php
    Removing it solved you issue. I have added a link to the script in the Private Content area via dropbox so you can review what it was used for and if you want to try to debug it or not.

    Thank you so very much. Again, great support.
    The script was in use and automatically added a “request a design meeting” button to the product catalog when adding new products. We will debug the script to figure out how to solve this issue.
