Greetings. I have a small problem on updating page content. If I make a change inside page content and hit update page 80% of the content is beeing deleted.
WP v4.9.6 Enfold v4.4.1 php v7.2
The only way in order not to loose the content is to re-arange the content , re-arange it again in the proper order hit preview to check if everything is ok and then update for the changes.
A while I go (around May) I found that this issue was made because of a bug of tinymce which enfold has implemented for avia builder and it was gonna be fixed in the next theme update.
It’s urgent so I’m waiting for your fastest reply !!

Thanks for that, though the WordPress login details are not working. Please check and verify. Also please link to an actual page where you are having this problem on, which is not a test only page.
The likely problem is open markup, please try looking for that in your content before the content breaks:

I was able to login, thank you. I tried editing the page and most of the content was lost. I saw that you had this saved as a template, along with others. I tested some of the other templates that didn’t seem to have this issue. I wanted check with the debugger but couldn’t add the code to your functions.php, please try to do this for us.

Thank you for adding the debugger code, there seems to be a break in the shortcode at the first grid row “basics”, when adding the template, even though all of the elements show in the visual editor, the shortcode in the debugger, only shows up to that grid row, thus saving loses all of the other code. If I try to delete the grid row all other code is lost.
The error has been saved in the template, and even though the first save will save the page the error brakes the code for future saves.
I recommend creating a new product page from scratch and recreate without using any templates to correct.Best regards,
