    Hi,
    My name is John. I am a webmaster for Access to Language. We have the Enfold theme installed on our WordPress GUI. The previous developer, I believe, bought the Enfold theme since it is available on the editor, but he does not seem to want to give log-in credentials without payment. Is there a way to show Kriesi that Access to Language has bought Enfold and can log in to the support forum, circumventing the previous developer?

    The support forum account is connected to your Envato/Themeforest account. Without the login credentials for the envato/themeforest account we can’t create you a support forum account.
