Hi,
Please help urgently.I did a manual theme update via filezilla, as per the tutorial, and now my site is just a white screen as is the wp admin console. I can do nothing, I tried to reload and tried a cpanel update but with no joy. Please have a look for me and let me know what the fix is> I would be most grateful.

I am currently re-installing the theme via FTP. In the meantime, could you please post WP admin logins here privately as well?

When I saw it was you attending to my issue I breathed a sign of relief knowing how efficient you have been on previous tickets.

You did nothing wrong. We have made major changes in theme structure in Enfold 4.3 therefore merging folders cause this issue as it leaves duplicated files. Folders needed to be replaceed, hence deleting the theme and re-installing it did the job :)
