Hi team Kriesi
First of all I would like to say that I love Enfold, and that I’ve made a lot of clients really happy by using this theme for a myriad of websites. But now I’ve encountered an issue that I never ran into in the past.
The website I’m building right now (details in private) has been working fine so far, but since I installed WooCommerce today the front end won’t load anymore. The back end works just fine, and it definitely has something to do with WooCommerce because when I deactivate it, the front end loads perfectly. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this? We need to be able to finish the WooCommerce webshop asap.June 22, 2018 at 7:35 am #976118Hey KatrienW,
Thank you for using Enfold.
The site still loads when the WooCommerce plugin is activated. Is this fixed? How can we reproduce issue?
P.S: Site looks nice. Good job! :)
Best regards,

UPDATE: I can see the issue now. This is the error.

Thanks, it is one of my best designs with Enfold so far. ;)
Thank you for identifying the issue. Do I have to deactivate/delete the cache & other plugins permanently? If not, how do I know when it’s okay to activate them again?
June 22, 2018 at 1:12 pm #976307Hi again,
I deactivated all of the related plugins, but the front end still doesn’t load with me. I tried it in Chrome and Edge.

VictoriaJune 26, 2018 at 5:46 pm #978045Hi
I solved it now. The issue was with a code in the header & footer plugin that I inserted for a MailChimp pop-up sign-up form. As soon as I removed that piece of code, the site loaded again. I’m now trying to find a way to get my MailChimp pop-up back, since the custom code from MailChimp doesn’t work.
Thanks guys, problem solved (causing another.) ;)
