    I have disabled all plugins and I still cannot seem to get some elements to work. Specifically, I would like to update the slider images on the Home page. I get the following error when I try to do that: “Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again”

    I’ve included admin login info in the private content. Please let me know if you can help.

    Is y our hosting a localhost?
    What are your php settings, can you give us a link to phpinfo please?

    Hosting is an AWS Lightsail EC2. We just haven’t assigned a domain yet, so we’re still using IP address.

    Hi kbeggan,

    I checked your site and it seems you are using an outdated version of Enfold (3.4.3) which may have some compatibility issues with the latest version of wordpress.
    Can you try to update it to the latest version first? just make a backup before doing updates.
