it says mp4 not supported any ideas why?

Where are you seeing this error. I didn’t not recieve it. I see the video playing in the header background.

maybe he is behind a mac OSX with safari.
! and has not the newest Enfold on start ( 4.2 ? )

I am on a mac but this is with chrome browser

And it is intermittent some times it shows the error some times not

Hi,

Have you attempted disabling active plugins to see if it has any effect on the playback?

with newest Enfold and Safari your video works on my end. It loads a bit strange – a bit delayed:

on Chrome MacOSX the video does not support autoplay ?

I deleted the testpage now – but on my end it works with Enfold 4.4.1
