Hi
I’m getting this message when trying to upload Enfold.
“The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
I therefore tried to upload Avada to see if there was a problem with the site. The Avada theme uploaded successfully, so I think it might be a problem with the theme/files.
Any suggestions for fixing the issue?

VictoriaI am following the same steps I always do to upload Enfold (and other themes):
1. download WordPress installable files.
2. add themes
3. upload zip fileAs per my previous e-mail – Avada uploaded perfectly.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Your WordPress hosting has low php memory limit.
We would need to do it manually to make it done, you should try do it through FTP.Best regards,
BasilisThanks so much for your help. I have now sorted the issue with my hosting provider and successfully uploaded Enfold once again!
