Issue with color section: self hosted video as background video doesn't work

Hello Kriesi Team!
First of all the Problem that we are facing is occuring on a local installation of enfold since it is used in my company for user application reasons and the CEO doesn’t want it published in the internet – hence no connection to the internet at all… Maybe you can’t help at all because of this…
The issue:
I want to insert a video, that I uploaded on our server, in the color section as aBackground Video.
The video is an example video from videohive. Format: mp4.
The Video either doesn’t Show up (it loads infinitly on Firefox and Chrome) or the first frame is frozen (IE).
Is there a way to resolve this problem under given circumstances?
