Hello,
After reviewing this forum I can see that other people have had similar issues with the Layer Slider as I have had after updating one of my client’s websites from Enfold v4.0.7 to v4.4.1. The previous configuration of this client’s website was WordPress v4.8.3, Enfold v4.0.7 and Layer Slider from May 2017. After updating to WordPress 4.9.6 and Enfold v4.4.1 the frontpage Layer Slider does not work on all browsers.
When going to Layer Slider within WordPress it says that “An update is available for LayerSlider WP! You have version 6.7.1. The latest version is 6.7.6.”
As it is apparent that many Enfold theme purchasers have the same issue is it possible to have a separate Enfold release to include the updated Layer Slider v6.7.6 as it is bundled with the theme rather than waiting for other bugfixes to also be included in the next update?
If this is not possible is there another way to rectify the issue with not having the latest version of Layer Slider without purchasing a direct copy of it? Perhaps going to a link or getting a zipped file. Obviously this will need to happen without reinstalling Layer Slider as any sliders will be deleted.

The Layer Slider can be not working for different reasons.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
For now, the two options available are: getting the update with Enfold, whenever it is available or having purchased the Layer Slider license.
