    Hi,
    I just noticed the modal box window is not working on my website and not sure since when it hasn’t been working. It seems to be opening the image url in the browser window. I have rechecked the option in theme options but it doesn’t seem to be working. Please take a look at the product image gallery.

    Do you mean the modal for the images under the main product image? I’m able to view that modal.

    Hi Jordan,
    Thanks for the quick response but luckily I found a thread dated June 8, 2018. I was using a child theme and just needed to update the header.php.
