Items on Page "Jump" when you click on any element.

First of all, love, love, love the Enfold theme… we have purchase many licenses and built many websites using this theme.
We are pretty well versed on using this them but have a issue on a site using the theme we can’t seem to fix.

We have a website in development at https://new.theprestonpartnership.com
on the about page, you an see items resize themselves on load, which is okay but when the page loads and you click on any of the picture links, the whole page jumps… resizes images in the background and then back to normal size.
We have done some heavy css styling but not sure where this jumping issue is coming from.

Can anyone take a look and let us know any ideas you have?
This client said he will not launch/go live until we fix the issue!!!
Please help and thanks in advance to anyone willing to help.
