    Hi Guys,

    I have set up a contact form, with a number of pulldowns for yes and no answers. And have added the questions above as descriptions.

    When the email is sent to me, these descriptions do not show.

    In the yes / no pulldowns I have the title as Select… so I do not preselect either yes or no (I can’t add the long questions here)
    Is the only way not to ‘hide form Labels’?

    Hi,

    The custom description element isn’t part of the email template. Have you tried to add the description in the “Form Element Label” field?
