Hello guys,
First of all, seems this “bug” exist since the previous version of Enfold, but I never understood how to reproduce it. Btw, maybe someone already got this so for your acknowledge I’m gonna share a couple of screenshots:
As you can see, the layout is totally broken and there’s no way to fix it once the page is load… It happens sometimes and it’s annoying cuz the users don’t use to reload the page or clear the cache.
I don’t really know how to reproduce the issues.. but maybe you already know a solution. Just in case I share the login data in private if you want to take a look
Thanks in advance and cheers
DavideJune 13, 2018 at 10:18 am #972178Hey aderal2016,
I checked and I was not able to see the issue, there are no errors in JavaScript, really hard to say what could be causing it. What browser are you using?
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 13, 2018 at 10:37 am #972197Hello,
Yeah that’s the problem… the issues is kinda random so hard to replicate. For example now I opened the web (I usually check with Safari or Chrome) and look how the gallery got stuck: https://imgur.com/a/9Su03iW

DavideJune 14, 2018 at 7:36 am #972649Hi Davide,
I get the same results on my end using Chrome. What happens if you clear the cache from your caching plugin and deactivate it? You could also to try to disable all features under Enfold->Performance to see if that helps.

DavideJune 15, 2018 at 6:39 am #973106Hi Davide,
Thanks for the feedback. Could you please try to turn off all performance features including your caching plugin to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 22, 2018 at 12:33 pm #976291Hello Rikard,
I tried but same… and I really can’t keep the performance features disabled. A friend is telling me happens the same on another website (screenshot attached)
I don’t know if this happens because the masonry are inside a tab section, but this issue is really a problem because customers don’t use to reload the page (and it’s not sure it works)
Please can you open an internal ticket to make more test? I understand it’s hard because this bug happens randomly, but I think it needs an investigation and fix..
June 25, 2018 at 3:29 am #977304Hi,
Thanks for the update.
This script might help fix the issue.
// https://kriesi.at/support/topic/masonry-gallery-overlapping-images/#post-911462
It will trigger the resize event causing the masonry items to reposition until the page is fully loaded.

IsmaelJune 25, 2018 at 10:43 am #977356Hi Ismael:) I still don’t know if it works (cuz I don’t know the workaround to reproduce it) but reading the fix code you provided me could be the final solution :D
I will keep you posted, meanwhile thanks a lot.
Best
