My accordian FAQ looks fine when viewed on the website but when I try to edit to add or make changes I can’t see event the icons under the advanced layout editor. It looks like it is a new accordian with nothing in it. I have no idea why? but it took me a long time to enter the FAQ info so I don’t want to start again ideally.

June 12, 2018 at 9:43 pm #971885For a split second you can see the elements (layout, content and media) and then they disappear and only the tab names remain. Similarly, the accordian FAQ looks great on the actual development page but when I edit the element accordian, it is like it doesn’t know any of the information is there. The effect is currently fine but I can’t make this development site live until I know I can edit the content when I need to.
June 13, 2018 at 3:15 am #971999I tried clearing my cache for the last 7 days (do I need to go back further as it was working in the last 7 days). I tried windows explorer and that had never been used to open this website before and it looked the same. My website host says it is not a php memory issue, so I am stuck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
June 13, 2018 at 8:11 am #972090Hi,
Thanks for the update and feedback, though I still can’t log in to your site. Please update the details and check that they work before sending them.

June 13, 2018 at 10:26 pm #972517I inspected the element and went to the console tab and there appears to be a Google maps API error (2 of them) on that page. It looks like the enhanced editor is overlaying on the default editor in a weird way. I had another web person look and that’s when they found the above.
June 14, 2018 at 12:56 am #972556I gave up and deleted the accordian element from the page and all my icons came back. So I don’t want to use the accordian feature since it isn’t working correctly. I tried to insert my own accordian code into a code block and it is not appearing correctly. So frustrated.
June 14, 2018 at 8:53 am #972676Hi,
Thanks for that, I was finally able to log into your site. In the page in private, I can see the accordion element fine on my end an all the content seems to be editable as well?
Best regards,
RikardJune 14, 2018 at 1:27 pm #972808I had to completely delete my original accordian and that brought back the elements. It took me two hours to recreate the accordian as I had edited and made changes to the content as I went. It was very disappointing to have to start over and I don’t understand what went wrong with the first one, but that seemed to solve the issue. I just hope it doesn’t all of a sudden do that again.
