    Hello,

I just created a new user for one of my authors. The will use the Avia layout framework to drag a module onto a page that they are creating. However, when they click on it to edit it, they are prompted with a response that says “It seems you are no longer logged in. Please reload the page and try again”.
This isn’t happening for other users like myself. How can i fix this? I’ve been told that this is a known issue
It seems to be a known issue as i’ve seen on other threads and there hasn’t been a solution found – but i need to be able to find a solution as it is very important. Any help would be appreciated

    Hey rbruski,

Could you provide us information and details on how to reproduce this please?

    Best regards,

Basically just drag a module into the editor. Once it places, you click on it and the error pops up.

    Hi,

Ok, thanks for the feedback. What is the role of the user? An author doesn’t have access to edit pages or posts by default.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

You’re right. The user is an author.
What is the minimum amount of permission i can give to allow them to access and edit pages?
