    Hello,

We are having issues with Enfold 4.4.1 on a multisite installation. After updating the them we get the following error:

Warning: file_get_contents(/var/www/dev.usfsp.edu/htdocs/files/dynamic_avia/enfold.css): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/dev.usfsp.edu/htdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 326

I checked and the file enfold.css exists at /var/www/dev.usfsp.edu/htdocs/wp-content/blogs.dir/72/files/dynamic_avia/enfold.css, but the theme is looking for it at the wrong location. On a multisite installation, the path should include the folder for the specific subsite (/72 in this case). As a result, the updated theme only works on the root site, which is the only site for which this path is valid.

Please advise how can this problem be fixed since we haven’t been able to update the theme, which puts our website at risk.

    Thank you,

    Edgardo Dangond

    Hello,

Can anyone take a look at this? We did our best to identify the issue and to make it easier for you guys to fix it, but we really need someone to at least aknowledge that the comment was received and that someone is looking into it.

    Thank you,

    Edgardo Dangond

    Hi,

Thank you for using Enfold and reporting this problem and your investigations.

As a tmporary fix can you try disable all compression settings in Dashboard -> Enfold -> Performance.

I forwarded it to our devs and they will take a look at it as soon as posible.

    Sorry for the problems.

    Best regards,
    Günter

    Günter,

Thanks for your reply. We’d rather wait because, having a multisite installation, we would have to do this in every site and change it back again when the issue is fixed. Do you have an idea of how long can the permanent fix for this issue take?

    Thanks,

    Edgardo Dangond

    Hi,

We are not sure about that, but we try to have a release every at least 15 days so we can fix as many problems as possible

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply but I’ve been on holiday last week.

I talked to Kriesi – our servers are running on multisite so this could be a problem with your settings and/or plugins.

Could you give us admin login credentials so we can check the backend – you can post them in the private content section.

    Best regards,
    Günter
