    Hi,
    The LayerSlider I want displayed on my homepage is not working at all. I’ve tried both the Advanced LayerSlider and shortcode and nothing appears on my page. Sometimes a blank area appears and other times nothing appears at all.
    Any thoughts?

    Hey philipGCI,

    You have Enfold 4.4.1 and Layer Slider that comes with it should be 6.7.1, howcome your Layer Slider is not updated? How are you updating the theme and Which version of php are you running?

    When I activated the theme it was already up to date. I cannot update my Layer Slider without a product code, not sure why the version is so out of date, I just recently purchased the enfold theme. I was running php 5.6 but I just changed to 7.2 .

    can you please make sure to upload the layerslider folder, from inside the downloaded file through FTP please?
