    Hi,

    I have been trying to upload a Fontello icon and everytime I try a notification box appears:

    “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”.

    I’ve been trying for a month and still doesn’t work.

    Please help!

    Hi eduardomejicano,

    Please check if you have the PhpZip extension enabled on your server.

    Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials?

    According to your server info, your PHP ZipArchive Extension is Disabled, please ask your webhost to enable.

    I just enabled the PHP Zip Archive Extension. The problem persists:

    Hi,
    Your server settings still show that the PHP Zip Archive Extension is not enabled.
    A easy way for you to check is to go to WordPress > Dashboard > LayerSlider > Options > System Status > Server Settings
