    Hello there.

    I’ve created a custom post type (downloads) and enabled the Avia Layout Builder for said post type. I also created a template file for this post type in the enfold child folder (single-downloads.php). The template (single-downloads.php) works fine as long as I don’t use the Avia Layout Builder for an item of the type downloads. As soon as I switch the editor to the Avia Page Builder, all the markup in the template file seems to get ignored. I guess I missed some setting or something for the post type/builder integration.

    Any idea?

    Hey Pixel_Production,

    That is true, right now our ALB is over-writting any custom template and it does not recognize it.
    it is something we are working on a new version to be fixed.

    So, understand it right, that the Avia Page Builder will not work on custom page templates right now?

    Hi,

    Yes, the builder uses its own templates and overwrites other templates.
