Sorry – can't register on FORUM and can't update my theme

Sorry to contact here but i have no choice.
I entered my purchase code (81dd6ce4-4f43-4a64-93d0-a62cea83c361) to create my account on the support forum, your website said “Ok you will receive a mail” and i never received mail. I try to “forgot password”, same thing. Can you help me to create my account?

My e-mail is (Email address hidden if logged out) , my enterprise and pseudo is Ailesetgraines.

I cannot update the theme (blank page) it’s not good. (PHP is 7.0, and i replaced header by new header, nothing changed ! )
