    Hello,
I have a problem which I can not solve. I found it after last woocommeerce (GDPR) update.
I can not enter customer mode. I’m getting 500 server error: https://snag.gy/cMlB4d.jpg
I also found error in WooCommerce log which seems to be connected to the customiser problem: https://snag.gy/L8qH2y.jpg

Finally there are also missing settings in WooCommerce / Advanced Settings / page settings: https://snag.gy/JaFuQl.jpg. That’s why I suppouse that errors came with last woocommerce or wordpress update.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve the problem? I dug Google but I haven’t find any solution.

PS: I’m running last WP, last WooC, last Enfold releases and PHP 7.0.30.

    Hey kwlodar,

Thanks for the screenshot, do you get that problem when going to Appearance->Customize? If so then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Yes, the problem appears also when I enter Appearance->Customize.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. Do you know what version of PHP you are running on the server? It should be minimum 5.6.

Also, you have over 40 active plugins on the site, with that many plugins I would say it’s likely that it’s happening because of a plugin conflict of some sort.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    My PHP version is 7.0.30.

I don’t know what to say about plugins. All of them seems to be useful for me. ;)
As I wrote – I believe the problem appeared after last WP update connected with GDPR. As you can see /wp-admin/privacy.php also looks strange. I thing something is missing here, despite of the privacy politic is set https://www.sensity.pl/polityka-prywatnosci-sensity/

    Pls. help.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I guess there is a use for all those plugins, yes, but it also increases the chances of things like these happening.

On the privacy page you linked to for instance, I see this error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of null
        at textFieldChars (call-now-button.js?ver=0.3.1:37)
        at call-now-button.js?ver=0.3.1:32

It’s likely caused by your Call Now plugin. Could you try to disable that plugin at least to see if you see any difference? I would actually recommend that you disable all your plugins, and then enable them one by one to if or when you start having problems again. It’s tedious work, but the chances are high that your problems are due to one or a few of your plugins.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thank you for your feedback.
How did you find above error message?
I have disabled Call Now plugin on privacy page page but this didn’t help. :(

I’ll try to follow your recommendations concerning disabling all plugins and I’ll let you know.

    Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for the feedback. I simply inspected the privacy page on the backend using my browser, you will see error message in the Console.

Hope you have some luck with deactivating plugins. We’ll keep the thread open in case you should need any further help.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
