    Hello everybody
    the Modal window with privacy and cookie info does not work at all regardless what settings i use.
    (Cookie Consent works – but modal not)

    Wordpress & Enfold : latest versions
    Plugins: Only Yoast
    PHP: 7.x
    What do i have to do?

    Same here Cookie Consent works – but modal not, I deleted the Super cache, and used different browsers.

    OK, found the soultion:

    .01 Just add another button to your cookie consent
    .02 Select > Open the modal window
    .03 test

    Now my cookie consent has button to open a modal window.
    Works fine here!

    i have the same issue and cant find a solution. if i click “more infos” to open the modal window i only can see a blank window with a small bar to close it >> but no content. My login data is in private content area. thx for help.

    Which browser are you using? Test in the incognito mode and could you please attach some screenshots of the issue on your end?

    i use chrome and in incognito mode it works. strange. so you didnt change anything on both of my sites?

    But now its gone again on all browsers and in incognito mode gone too … so strange and i cant reproduce it.

    Hi ak-muc,

    You know testing the cookie notice after you logged in to the dashboard is not correct in the maintenance mode.

    This one is working on Chrome and FF on Ubuntu.

    Hi Dear Enfolders
    I use Enfold 4.5.4 and Server PHP 7.2.16 and i have the same issues like above with the modal window not showing. Just a small blank window in a lightbox.
    I have no Cache Tool activ and i use opera / chrome / FF also incognito and also with empty browser cache.
    i tryed also the hack with adding a new button. dont works

    Hi,

    Did you enable the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > “Modal Window with Privacy and Cookie Info” option? You’ll be able to set the title and content of the tabs manually if that option is enabled.

    Yes of course we did that. exactly just those tables we cant see and dont know why they are disappearing, and sometimes we can see them.
