    Hi support,

I’ve been using Enfold for years and a big fan! 10+ license purchases…

I’m really struggling to get a plugin working with it on a new project I’m working on – The Events Calendar (free version).

Despite it working when I very first installed the plugin and allowing me to add new events etc, for some reason there is no longer the option to ‘Add Events’ etc. within the backend. All I’m seeing is the options for ‘Tags’, ‘Settings’, ‘Help’ and ‘Event Add Ons’. I’m using a child version of the theme and have disabled all other plugins. Have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it… all no joy. I believe there should be quite a few other options – e.g. Add Events, Event Categories etc.

Could you perhaps help identify what the issue might be please? See Private Content details.

    Really appreciate your help.

    Thanks,

    Sam

    Hey sjwmobile,

Have you verified that this is not due to a modification or change to the plugin itself?

I’m running the latest version of the plugin (and have deleted and re-added it) so I don’t think that’s the case…?
    Please advise.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

I updated the plugin and now it shows all options.

    Thanks Günter – much appreciated.

Can I ask how you updated the plugin? It wasn’t showing as requiring an update (else I’d have definitely tried that first).

    Hi,

It did show up on the plugin page right below the plugin (as for every plugin). I think, that the update was released shortly before I checked the topic. This must have been reported by many other users also to these guys.

    Best regards,
    Günter
