    I don’t know if my previous thread went through because I don’t see it in the dashboard. I upgraded Enfold to the latest version and now the Thrive Architect plugin isn’t working. Was working previously and I’m using the latest version of the plugin.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks for giving us access to your site.
    I have checked both homepage and about page and ALB works fine.
    Can you tell us which page/s shows the issue?

    What is ALB? I use Thrive Architect as a page builder also, which I prefer, and with the latest update that plugin isn’t working. It seems to be on the theme end because we switched out themes and it worked.

    You can see what I mean by going to the back end of this page, and selecting this page:

    then select Launch Thrive Architect green button

    You’ll see that it just spins and spins. This is the issue I’m having and need resolved.

    I’m having the same issue. I just purchased Thrive Leads – never worked from the very beginning. Thrive suggested that the error is on the theme side

    I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
