    Hey manbaritone,

Thanks for describing the issue, however I’m not really sure why that’s happening, however I can recommend a way to update with lesser risk.
You can use a stage site where you can apply updates first without risking your live site, for more information on creating a stage site, you can check this post:

If you have issues on your stage site when updating, you can give us access to it, so we can check it.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi manbaritone,

Thanks for giving us both admin and ftp access.
However you mentioned that it does not have a problem, so we need to clarify first the issue so we can look further into it and try to debug it.
Can you tell us what steps we need to do in order to see the issue or probably a screenshot how help.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. This is likely happening because of open html markup. You have this in your content for instance:

    <strong> < เกี่ยวกับเรา >

The strong tag is not closed, and you are using special characters in the text. Could you try to close the strong tag and remove the special characters to see if that helps please? Also try to look for other open tags in your content as you might have more than one.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
