    reset my password twice and it won’t let me into support.
    I am having a problem updating enfold theme from 3.8 to 4.4 It gets stuck in maintenance mode. Really made a mess of things yesterday. Can you please help.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please try updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold?

    Also, please post your purchase code in private content field so we can reset your forum account :)

    Also was able to get into support forum and posted the same under enfold folder
