Hello! I purchased the Enfold theme for our 3rd website and its causing us some issues. The issue right now is that the Footer section does not show up. We have the footer section in our other 2 websites so we know how to add it, but on the most recent site http://www.qslafoundation.org, the footer does not show up at all. Also, 2 of the pages show a list of pages on the sidebar, which I can’t remove.
Help!

For your footer please check that Enfold Theme Options > Footer > Default Footer & Socket Settings dropdown is not set to one of the Page Based Footer Options
For your sidebar, if the sidebar is empty the default demo widgets will show, try adding a empty widget, or a active one of your choice, to the sidebar to hide them.Best regards,

I tried all that, even added a code I saw online with no luck. The sidebar shows on only 2 pages but the footer is missing everywhere!
Please let me know if there is something else.

Could Woo Commerce have done the error? I see that Woo Commerce is installed and shows as part of the Enfold theme.

I have set the ‘no sidebar’ on all pages, even on single pages, but every new page we add has a side bar that does NOT adjust to the Enfold theme. Also, the footer does not show up on the website. If you go to http://www.qslafoundation.org, there is no footer.
I will try to add the custom code provided.

When I look at your theme files via WordPress > Appearance > Editor
I don’t see a footer.php, or a sidebar.php
Please try uploading your theme again via ftp to replace these and any other missing files.Best regards,

I am not sure how to do a manual upload. I downloaded a software (Filezilla) but as soon as I downloaded it, one of the 3 websites we have with Enfold theme, crashed. It turned out to be another issue, but I feel its related to downloading Filezilla – our security was somehow breached.
Is there another way to do it instead of manual download? Our first Enfold had NO issues, and ever since we bought multiple Enfold themes, we’ve been having issues……Please let me know if there is an alternative.

Sorry I’m not sure how downloading Filezilla can crash your site or cause a security breach for your website, but for clarity here is How to use FTP to upload files to WordPress for Beginners
But you can also upload your theme with your webhost file manager, here are some steps using the file manager in cPanel, which is what most hosts use.Please be sure to delete your current /enfold/ folder in /wp-content/themes/ before uploading your new enfold theme.
If you feel unsure about these steps, I would be happy to assist if you include ftp access, or your webhost access in the Private Content area.

So I just uninstalled Enfold from http://www.qslafoundation.org but now I am back to the problem I had at the beginning, which was unable to install a theme!
So now I don’t have a theme on the website running. Could you help please?

I did it! I uploaded our theme via FTP! It looks perfect!
Thank you for trusting I could do it….. I was afraid of FileZilla, but it has worked out fine, THANK YOU
