    I was wondering if and how it is possible to make an API connection between a web form and my CRM-system.

    My CRM system has the facility to make this kind of connection.

    Yes, the CRM normally provides some code snippets or code for integration. It is JavaScript and html usually. Do you have it?

    What kind of CRM are you using?
