    In Contact Us Page, If someone clicks on image then a form should open so that user can fill that form and submit.
    So how to do or proceed with it. I hope you understand what I need.

    Hey avishek2018,

    This is not a default function of the theme. You would need to accomplish this via a plugin, or using a freelancer to create this custom function.
