    Hi Enfold team

    Re. the new cookie consent notice:
    When a user clicks ok on the cookie consent – how long time will this consent last?
    Or put another way: How long time will pass before the user encounters the cookie consent notice again?
    I mean as put default by the Enfold theme?

    Hi,

    It can be adjusted but you have to modify the js > avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file. Look for this line.

    aviaSetCookie('aviaCookieConsent',cookieContents,60);

    The default is 60 days.

    Do you prolong it to fx 120 days by just writing:
    aviaSetCookie(‘aviaCookieConsent’,cookieContents,120);

    Glad to help. And yes, you can do that. You may need to re-save the theme options to regenerate the updated scripts. :)
