Hi there,
On our one page, using Enfold 4.2.6 the audio player looks like this in Series Engine:
http://prntscr.com/jik9z3Now, after the new update to 4.3.2 it looks like this:
http://prntscr.com/jikahoHow do I fix this? The only update that took place was updating the theme to the latest version.

May 16, 2018 at 1:59 pm #957491In addition to this not working, I realized now that my header does not shrink either when scrolling down, while it is ticked.
Does this mean that there is a css or js error somewhere?
EDIT: The non-shrinking header was fixed when I selected in Performance to load the scripts in the footer.

BasilisMay 19, 2018 at 6:41 am #958921Hi Basilis,
I did not get it right. The audio player is still broken or looks weird.
I had install the previous version of enfold 4.2.6 to get it to look normal.
I want to use the updated version though but then it looks wrong as per the photos in the links.May 20, 2018 at 10:03 am #959373Hi ravingDIODE,
Do you have a test server where you can keep the not so pretty version and we can try to help you there?
Best regards,

I have changed the domain and want to get the issue sorted here first before updating my other site.

May 22, 2018 at 4:43 am #960116Hi Riaam,
Thanks for giving us admin access, however each time I save this error always shows up:
Saving didn't work! Please reload the page and try again
I’m trying to add this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling) which should fix the layout issue:
#seriesengine .enmseaplayer { width: 100% !important; }
Also I noticed that you have this error in the js console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at seriesenginefrontend.js:1
which is because seriesenginefrontend.js is dependent on jquery but the latter is loaded after the plugin’s js.
I think unchecking load jquery on footer should fix the issue.Best regards,
NikkoMay 22, 2018 at 7:40 am #960157Hi Nikko,
Thank you for that feedback!
i am really sorry about that, hitting save 5x times eventually saves it. Server is a bit wonky.I have set up a new clean site yesterday trying to see if the issue goes away and it does not.
The quick CSS works, but the colour of the player is still grey/white and not black like it used to be?
Important: Updating to the new 4.3.2 version like I did now on the new clean installed site, the Header does not shrink anymore. Setting jquery to load at the footer for some reason fixes the issue that it shrinks again, but this should not be the fix.
Can you please take a look at the header not shrinking unless jquery loads in the footer?
also the seriesengine player is fullwidth now with the quick css, but still wrong color.May 23, 2018 at 4:11 pm #960904Hi ravingDIODE,
You’re correct, when jQuery loads in the footer the scripts that depend on it being loaded earlier do not work, so this option is not working for you. Just use the regular jQuery loading in the header.
Best regards,
