Hi, I’ve recently added the new update to my website which speeds up the site but my Lightbox doesn’t seem to be working anymore in the Gallery pages. The page I’m referring to is here I’m running Enfold version 4.3.2 and the latest version of WordPress.
Thanks in advance.

May 17, 2018 at 7:59 am #957982Hey johnosjourney,
Can you try to go to Enfold > Performance > Disabling of template builder elements set to: Always load all elements.
If that doesn’t help, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 29, 2018 at 2:20 pm #1003157Hello,
The Lighbox element is also not working for me either. I followed your instructions above to do this: Can you try to go to Enfold > Performance > Disabling of template builder elements set to: Always load all elements and it didn’t work. I’ve also checked my child theme’s header.php and made sure it’s the same as the parent theme (plus my own modifications).
I’ve added admin access to my site in the private section below.
please help!

You have a header file in your child theme and it needs to be updated with the fresh copy.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaAugust 30, 2018 at 1:18 pm #1003553Hi Victoria,
Do you mind telling me what my header.php file is missing? I updated it with a fresh copy from the parent theme yesterday, so I’m not sure why it’s not updating. I just made the update again just in case I messed something up the first time, but it’s still not working. I’m running the latest version of the theme (4.4.1) and I just checked both the parent theme’s header.php and the child theme’s header.php and they’re identical except for the Google Tag Manager container on the child header.php.
One other question, I use Google Tag Manager, which is why I have to modify the child theme’s header.php. With that in mind, is there another way to add the Google Tag Manager container somewhere else that won’t require me to modify the child header.php file AND that doesn’t require a plugin (I don’t want to get a plugin for this, so I’m hoping it’s something I can do manually).
Thank you!

August 31, 2018 at 9:27 am #1003970Hi leadingnorth,
Actually, the lightbox works. The window opens up and then the page goes to the image link, which is not supposed to be happening.
Yes, you can totally remove the Google Tag Manager code form the header and put the code in functions.php.
Here is how to do it

VictoriaAugust 31, 2018 at 1:59 pm #1004091Hi Victoria,
I actually removed the entire header.php from my child theme (on a staging site) just to see if that would work and the issue is still happening (yes, the window opening and the page going to the image link, which shouldn’t happen and is the issue I’ve been referring to this whole time). Can help me fix this please?
Please help me!
September 1, 2018 at 8:44 pm #1004462Hi,
I took a look at your site and I notice this warning when I click on your image, while the lightbox is trying to openVM5738 wpforms-form-abandonment.min.js:1 Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type image/jpeg: "your-ulr/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/rectangular-gallery_0000_main_mlc_on_chairlift.jpg.jpg". abandonClick @ VM5738 wpforms-form-abandonment.min.js:1 dispatch @ VM5679 jquery.js:3 r.handle @ VM5679 jquery.js:3 Navigated to your-url/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/rectangular-gallery_0000_main_mlc_on_chairlift.jpg.jpg
I believe your “Form Abandonment Addon” for WPForms is redirecting the lightbox clicks, please try ddisabling the addon and/or WPforms temporary to test.
Best regards,
