    Hello guys,

    I hope you can help me.

    If I update it through the backend, it is the same version 4.2.1.

    I get everytime after I update the theme Enfold over the FTP an Fatal error.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in …/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:16) in …/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 12

    I hope you can help me.

    Hey mdbaba,
    Please note that if you update via FTP, you will need to remove the old theme folder first then upload the new enfold folder.
    Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder, as this will leave old files behind, and a error.
