    Hello,
    I’ve been trying to update a site to 4.3.1 but not able to get it to work. Each time I’m getting the white screen of death (WSOD). I am able to login via FTP and rename the enfold folder so I can restore a backup. GoDaddy is the host. Site and FTP credentials below. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please go to /wp-content/themes/ and delete “enfold” folder via FTP and re-upload it – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/
    If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

    Hi Yigit,
    I am also running a child theme and have tried to upload the new update via FTP but I’m still not having success. I don’t want to lose the customizations I’ve made on the site so if you would take a look that would be great. Thank you! screen shots of FTP and WP logins below.

    Hey,

    You had three Enfold parent and two child themes. I deleted duplicated ones and updated the theme via FTP. Please review your website
