Hello,
I’m facing a big problem after updating Enfold to it’s latest version. When I open a page, a post etc, in the admin panel, the content of the page builder can no longer be displayed. The loading circle just keeps running round and round, with nothing happening.
My caches are cleared, and every is displayed correct on the website.
Can you help me out? Please don’t say the page builder in Enfold is gone?
Looking forward to recieving your reply.
Best regards,
Hey RedRaphDK,
Thanks for the login details. I tried editing your front page and that seems to load the builder just fine, on which page or post are you having this problem?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I just made a more comprehensive test. The problem above only occurs when using Google Chrome. I have this problem everywhere. On pages, posts, portfolio items. Everything that includes loading the page builder, it seems.
On Firefox, Edge and Safari, the page builder content is displaying just fine. I would like to be able to use Chrome, still. Any suggestions? Chrome version is: 66.0.3359.139
Best regards,
Alex
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the feedback. Then you are likely getting cached results, could you try to clear the cache from your browser and restart to see if that helps? You could also try an incognito window in Chrome.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hello Rikard,
That did it. :-) Thought it would’ve been enough to clear the cache inside of WordPress, but no. When I cleared Chrome’s cache, everything was back to normal.
Thanks for the help.
How is the GDPR-update coming? Is there a link clarifying the changes that it will mean for Enfold, esspecially in terms of creating forms?
Best regards,
Alex
