Hello,
I’m trying to import the Enfold 2017 demo via managed WordPress (GoDaddy hosted) dashboard, and it fails with a generic “Importing didn’t work!” error message after about 2 minutes. I’ve created a .user.ini file with the following customisations:
max_execution_time = 300
upload_max_filesize = 1000M
post_max_size = 2000M
memory_limit = 3000M
file_uploads = On
Hosting support have confirmed that those settings have taken effect, but the demo import still fails. I’ve enabled debug mode under WP, and can see a few issues but they don’t look like errors – just notifications (for example, [09-May-2018 15:41:14 UTC] PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas03_data03/36/41800636/html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 66). Not sure if that is significant or not.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Hey dhegarty,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.
Best regards,
Nikko
