header image missing in update 4.3.1

UPDATE: header image now showing up in all browsers when I disable the css compressing.

I saw this issue on some other thread (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/header-image-lost-when-enable-css-compressing/) about missing header background image due to the “enable css compression” option in the performance tab. I disabled it and got the header image back in Firefox but NOT in Chome or Safari.
Any ideas here?
