    I can’t get my pages to update to the new versions. I need someone to make it easy and break it down so I don’t get lost along the way of updating.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure if I understand your problem, are you not seeing the update notifications on the backend? If so then you can try to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Make sure to keep proper backups of your sites in case you should need to roll back.

    I have tried the FTP steps, and I can’t seem to figure out how to do it. I get confused along the way. It says it will update automatically but it never does and now I’m down to 3.8. and need to get to the new one which is 4.3.

    You need to follow the documentation. If it didnt worked, please consider to hire someone who will be able to help you update the theme.

    Did you try to update manually like I suggested? The instructions in the documentation is described step by step for you, which one are you specifically having problems with?
