    Hi! I Wanna create a space over the existing bar (Top menu and main menu) with the aim of put there the cookie notification bar. I’ve already set the banner but actually cover the top menu (if I put it on the top of the page) and the chat bar (if I put it on the down of the page). How I can do?

    Your site is in under construction mode so we can’t view it, please post login detail in private. Also please post a mockup or screenshot of your intentions as I’m still not sure what you are trying to achieve.
