    Hello,

    I have used your template before with a different demo theme and it was super easy to use and worked perfectly.
    Whereas I have just purchased Enfold again to use the Photography demo and I can’t get the demo content to upload. I just get a long long list of errors after a min or so of it trying to upload. I have tried a number of times.

    I can see from the forum that I am not the only person to have this issue, but the fixes they have come up with changing file name extensions etc don’t make any sense to me. I bought a template so that things would be easy!!

    Are you able to help please?

    Sorry, not sure what happened there, but I have fixed credentials and they now work. So please try again.

    Sorry to bother you, but I have quite a tight timeframe with getting this website live, so wondered if you had had any luck getting the demo content to work?

    Hi,

    I’ve tried to import the demo manually but it still fails on the media process. Please ask your hosting provider to whitelist the following IP address.
