    hy there

    with the latest version of enfold i can set a video background mp4 hosted on my server. if i use youtube or vimeo all works fine.

    if i use a video in mp4 format uploaded on my wordpress media and i put the link in a color section this video doesn’t appear in frontend.

    i tried with two different site updated to 4.3.1. version and i get the same problems.

    the performance setting to use or not video feature are disabled.

    i just tried with a site running 4.1.2 version all works fine

    how can i fix the problem?

    businessvalidation.it is on maintenance mode you need to login into wp-admin
    startupstudio.guru now i fix the problems uploading a video on youtube
    how can i help you?

    i see other thread and is an enfold bug. other people has the same problems.

    hi Victoria,
    unfortunately i’m a frontend developer i’m not able to manage php code.

    anyway this is a workaround? or will be released a fix by enfold developer team?

    Hi,

    Yes, the issue is that we have done major updates and to update, you need to follow a structure this time.

    To do that, you can always delete all of the files and upload enfold again.
