    Hi,

    after the latest upgrade, all my pages done with the “magazine” layout builder element are broken and are showing wrong layout/style.

    One example here:

    WTT Magazine

    Before everything worked fine. I already tried to disable/enable all CSS/style related caching options – but no effect.

    Any help?

    Hey datapool99,

    Please delete all the files from the FTP and upload again from there.

    What should I delete via FTP? The complete theme folder? I have also a child theme. Only the main theme? Not sure – so before I start to “delete” via FTP please give some detailed info as this is a very critical operation on the backend…

    Hello. In FTP, you will see “enfold” and “enfold-child” folders. If you have properly implemented the Enfold Child Theme, you’ll delete the “enfold” folder and then upload anew.
