    My domain http://www.drraginiparmar.com which was almost done and it’s hardly one month. Last day complete page is coming blank and nothing is working.
    How and why it’s happening please let me know … I have purchased the theme and currently the site is not working.

    Hi,

    My site is not working and I am not able to login into my wordpress panel.
    Database is intact and nothing else has been changed, still I am unable to login.
    Please take this seriously and reply back. I am stuck and I want my site to get live within in 24 hours.

    Thanks for replying me back. I have again installed wordpress and uploaded enfold theme on this link : http://www.drraginiparmar/finalsite
    Once the site gets complete then I will shift it to main domain. I want to ask you as how I can verify my Key so that my site doesn’t gets affected with any issues. I have updated the API Key in enfold theme and I don’t want any issue of site getting blank because of genuinity isssues.

    So please let me know.

    Hi,

    You don’t need to verify the API key if it’s working, simply transfer the site to the new location.

    Hi Rikard,
    Do you check the theme Enfold whether its a license purchased theme or not ?
    If the theme is not purchased or not licensed and is hosted in some domain then do you take some action against it ?

    Hi,

    We do check that, but I can’t disclose the details as what exactly we do unfortunately :-)

    If you have a working API key then you shouldn’t have any problems. If you should get problem for some reason then just get back to us here and we’ll help you out.

    All my other wordpress theme are working only enfold theme is giving problem every 15 days. What shit is going on?
    Please fix up the problem as soon as possible. My hosting and other services are well maintained. I dont know what kind of checks you do but its really annoying to see every now and then site showing a blank page.

    Whats the problem with you all?
    Why aren’t you taking this seriously. My site is not working properly and its all because of enfold theme.
    Its taking hell lot of time to open a particular page. Please have a look as its too much delayed now.

    Its been whole month I am behind you. Is this the way you guys support to make your theme run after purchasing it.

    Hi,

    We are taking the issue seriously. It was loading fine on my end as i showed in the screenshot as well but now issue seems to be related to WordPress core files. I will re-install WordPress and update you here.

    Hi,

    I re-installed WordPress and Enfold and currently your website loads fine on my end.

    However i keep getting “Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.)” error on WP dashboard. Could you please contact your hosting provider and have them check if your server is misconfigured?
