Hi, I’m trying to add an mp3 with the alb audio player but the file doesn’t show up on the page or in the alb editor after being selected. Under “Create and Edit Audio Playlist” I add the audio files, click ‘Add to Audio Playlist’, then ‘Insert Audio Playlist’ containing the one mp3. I expect to see the audio file show in the alb Audio Player section titled “Create and Edit Audio Playlist
Here you can add new audio files to the playlist, remove files or reorder them.” but there is nothing. Saving out of that there is nothing on the page in the editor. Click ‘Update’ to save the whole page and check the front end.. nothing there either.I’ve pasted a link to a page with one audio file… if you look in the browser ‘Inspect’ you’ll see the empty containers where the mp3 should be.
FYI i can sucessfully use the [audio src=] tag but that’s not the plan here, would like to know why I can’t add using alb Audio Player.

Is it working if you disable the compression features in the Performance panel? Please provide the login details in the private field. We would like to check it.

BasilisOk thanks for letting me know. Can you provide a rough idea of when you’ll be able to address this so I can adjust plans on my end? 1 week… 1 month… 1 year? Some sort of expectation would be good.
