    I just updated to the latest version and am now getting a white screen of death.

    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, but your site is throwing a 500 internal server error so they aren’t to any use for us unfortunately. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from your server and then re-upload a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps please?

    Hello Rikard,

    Okay, I renamed the old theme folder “old-enfold”, an uploaded the new one. That brought the site back up, but it doesn’t look quite like it did before. It appears that the settings are reset or something. Can you help with this please?

    Hi,

    We cant do something we are unfortunately.
    Please ask your hosting provide to restore with a backup, then create a staging site and work based on that to update.
