Hi Guys,
I don’t know why you close the previous topic ” Old Topic ” but the issues are not resolved at all.
When I updated Enfold to version 4.3 it gives an HTTP ERROR 500.
You guys really need to come up with a solution that works otherwise the theme is completely useless.
Thanks
May 3, 2018 at 6:42 am #950500Hey Benoit,
Can you please check server log for the error text?
The issue with variable products is not resolved yet, if this is your main issue.

May 6, 2018 at 5:25 pm #952346To be honest it’s been more than 3 years that I’m working with the Enfold theme and it’s the first time that I have so many issues not resolved. Usually, when I have an issue it’s resolved quickly but now it’s very a nightmare.
It’s been more than 1 month that I’m waiting for help to solve the problem. The problem is directly related to sales, so it’s affecting the MONEY… One month is very big for a business.
Hopefully, this problem will be resolved VERY soon otherwise I will need to start working with another theme because I can’t wait anymore.
See below you have all the login information as well as the FTP information if it can help you find and resolve the problem.
Best Regards!
May 7, 2018 at 11:15 pm #952968Hi,
Can we delete the folders from your FTP and reuplaod Enfold please?
Best regards,
BasilisMay 8, 2018 at 1:12 pm #953356Hi Basilis,
You can do whatever you think that will resolve the problems. Under the public_html folder, I have a backup.
Thank you!
May 10, 2018 at 1:39 pm #954543Hi,
We are very for the late response. We just found out what’s causing the issue in your installation. The theme was updated manually via FTP so the shortcode files in the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder were duplicated. We are currently deleting those files and replacing it with the correct directory. We’ll update you once it’s done.

IsmaelMay 10, 2018 at 4:11 pm #954632Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your help the HTTP ERROR 500 is solved but the website is completely messed-up.
Below you have a link to the demo website (This is how it should look) and the link to the actual website which is completely messed-up.
You also have the login information for both if you want to compare the back end (theme version, wp-version, plugin version). I don’t know what is causing this but it’s very not how it should look.
Thank you!

The version before the upgrade is 3.6.1 so expect a few issues after the update. We updated the footer.php file in the child theme and disabled a few old scripts in the functions.php file. It removes the errors in the console but I’m not sure if the site is back to normal completely. Please try re-configure the theme options because a lot has changed since version 3.6.1.
Please update the theme regularly.
Best regards,
Ismael -
